CONTRACEPTION

We offer contraceptive management for all individuals including insertion of Intrauterine Device (IUD) and the Contraceptive Implant.

BLEEDING

We offer comprehensive management for heavy menstrual bleeding, PCOS, and fibroids

PELVIC PAIN

We work with local and regional providers to offer multidisciplinary management for endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain

FERTILITY

We offer initial workup and medical management of those with early pregnancy loss, loss after 20 weeks of pregnancy and difficulty conceiving

VULVAR AND VAGINAL DISORDERS

We offer medical management and long-term follow up for those with vulvovaginal disorders including vulvar rashes, itching and discharge.

We offer assessment, multidisciplinary management and pessaries for those with prolapse and incontinence.

At this time GROW Niagara Health does not offer surgical management for prolapse or incontinence issues but are happy to connect our patients with regional providers who offer these services.

SURGERY

We offer minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopy and hysteroscopy) and open surgery for the appropriately selected candidate for ovarian cysts, fibroid and polyp removals, ablation for bleeding, hysterectomy for bleeding and low grade endometrial and cervical cancers.
